Please note you must uninstall any existing versions of isposure before installing the required version for ISPA monitoring. To be included for monitoring in ISPA 2010, you must download the new version and enter the correct product key. If this is not completed you will not be included in the monitoring group.

Follow these simple steps to install isposure and start testing your connection:

  1. Download the isposure software by clicking the download button.
  2. Run the downloaded file (isposure.exe) to start the installation.
  3. Follow the instructions presented by the installer.
  4. When prompted during the installation process to enter a key, please enter the key supplied to you by your ISP when they contacted you regarding their entry into the ISPA Awards. It should be in the format xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxx.
  5. Once installation is complete, click Finish to exit the installer.
  6. After a short delay, isposure will pop-up a window and run its first set of tests.
  7. Once the initial tests are complete, click Continue to view the results.
  8. When you first go to the isposure results webpage, you will be asked to create a connection profile. Please fill in all the details you can for the broadband service being monitored for the ISPA Awards. This will enable us to ensure your results get included in the winner selection process of the ISPA Awards.
  9. Once installed, the isposure software will continue to run silently in the background and you can use your PC as you would normally.
  10. The results of any testing that isposure has carried on your connection can be accessed by double clicking the isposure icon in the system tray at the bottom right of your screen.
  11. To ensure we collect enough performance data for the ISPA Awards, please ensure isposure remains installed on your PC at least until 1st May 2010. However if you wish to continue to use isposure beyond that date then there is no requirement that you uninstall it as isposure is free for anyone to use.
